Messy files in. A typeset deck or report out.
Every chart is drawn from your data. Drop in CSVs, logs, notes or a GitHub repo and get back a LaTeX-quality PDF you can revise page by page and share.

How it works
One build, start to finish.
One of our samples is a student’s CIFAR-10 coursework: training code, a notebook, run notes, and the CSV and JSON results. Here is the build log from its eight files, two pages of the report devreport built from them, and a slide from the deck.
- Uploading · 8 files
- Analysing your files · Found 5 chartable tables
- Reading your project · 16 files
- Writing the report · 12 edits
- Compiling · attempt 6
- Checking the result · 7 page renders
- PDF ready
Nobody cleaned these files up first. devreport read all eight and wrote the report as LaTeX, which tectonic compiled into a four-page PDF. If it can’t find something it needs, it stops and asks you up to three questions before it writes anything.
You can upload up to 50 MB at a time: CSVs, notes, logs, screenshots or a zip. You can also paste a link to any public git repository, whether it’s on GitHub, GitLab, Codeberg or somewhere else.
- Charts read their numbers from your files. You can trace any bar back to a row in a CSV.
- You get the .tex source along with the PDF, so you can keep editing in LaTeX yourself.
- For slides, upload a .pptx template and devreport takes its colours, fonts and logo and maps them onto a LaTeX theme.
- Share links are view-only. Reviewers comment on a page, and their comments become the notes for the next version.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Something else? Sign in and ask from the app.
What files can I upload?
CSV and spreadsheet exports, logs, Markdown or text notes, screenshots and other images, a zip of any of those, or a public GitHub repository link. Up to 50 MB per build.
Will it make up numbers?
Charts are drawn by pgfplots straight from your data files. If something essential is missing, devreport asks you a question before it writes, rather than guessing.
What uses credits?
A new deck or report uses 1 credit, and so does a re-run. Each document gets 3 free revisions, then each one uses 1 credit. Answering questions and switching themes are free, and a build that fails before producing a PDF gives its credit back.
What is a re-run?
Next month, open a saved deck, drop in the new exports and press “Run again”. devreport rebuilds it in the same format, theme and layout with the new numbers, and keeps last month's edition. On the 1st we email you a link to each deck that's due (you can turn this off in the Library).
Do I get the source?
Yes. Every result comes with the PDF and the LaTeX source, and earlier versions stay available after each revision.
Who can see a share link?
Anyone with the link can view the PDF, never your files or the .tex. Commenting needs a sign-in. You can revoke a link at any time and it stops working at once.
Can I use my company's template?
Yes. Upload a .pptx template, a logo and an accent colour once. Decks built with the brand kit use them automatically.
Do credits expire?
No. There's no subscription to cancel: you buy a pack when you need one, and unused credits stay with your workspace. In a team, everyone builds from one shared balance.
